Progressive Clarity follows a rigorous process with three discrete stages when working with clients.

The process begins with a discovery stage where we identify our client's needs and determine their goals. We are pragmatic in our approach, and believe strongly that the analysis should not be done for analysis sake. It is important to select appropriate technologies and methods that will provide new actionable intelligence that can be used by our client to make decisions. The next step in the discovery stage is to conduct qualitative research. Progressive Clarity's analytic approach seeks to extend, rather than replace, our clients' hard-won expertise. The next step is to integrate the relevant industry and academic research into the analytical framework. Throughout this stage Progressive Clarity's research analysts gather data and conduct measurements to further inform the model and obviate any obvious data insufficiencies. They also integrate the often heterogeneous data sets driving our models into a single framework.

The process now enters the analysis stage, where Progressive Clarity applies the technologies and methods selected in the first stage. This stage is an iterative process where we work closely with the client to refine the model, focusing on areas of specific interest discovered during the course of analysis. Progressive Clarity uses visualization technologies to communicate sophisticated model outcomes in a way that is easy for clients to understand and evaluate.

In the implementation stage we provide detailed recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences, replete with supporting graphics and model visualizations. We work with the client to transfer the necessary knowledge to evaluate and act upon these recommendations. Progressive Clarity has the capacity to work with the client during this stage to ensure proper application and full implementation of these recommendations.
